LOCATION
Our BB Casignano is located south-east of Florence on the Chianti hills, along the old Roman road of Terzano. We are located 11 km from the center of Florence, which can be reached comfortably by 2 city bus lines (#8 and #23) from Bagno a Ripoli, and 11 km. from the Firenze Sud exit of the A1 motorway, so you can easily plan trips to the nearby cities of art.
 How to get there
From any direction of the A1 motorway:
Exit at the Firenze Sud tollbooth, continue for about 200 meters and immediately take the first road on the right. At the first roundabout turn right towards Antella. From the town center of Antella (square and church) continue towards S. Donato in Collina-Arezzo (Strada Statale n.1) for about 7 km. Turn left (our sign) onto Via Ponti di Millo and continue for about 900 meters where you can take via Bencistà a Gorioli (our sign). Continue on this for about 1000 meters arriving at the locality Croce dei Frati. From here go to the right (our sign) onto via di Casignano (unpaved white road) and after 700 meters you will reach our BB CASIGNANO

From Florence:
Go to the village of Bagno a Ripoli and continue on via Roma towards S. Donato in Collina-Arezzo (Strada Statale n.1) for about 7 km. Turn left (our sign) onto Via Ponti di Millo and continue for about 900 meters where you can take via Bencistà a Gorioli (our sign). Continue on this for about 1000 meters arriving at the locality Croce dei Frati. From here go to the right (our sign) onto via di Casignano (unpaved white road) and after 700 meters you will reach our BB CASIGNANO.
At the intersection via Roma-via Ponti di Millo you will find several signals driving you here without any problem

DO NOT WORRY IF IN THE LAST MILE YOU HAVE ENTERED A WOOD, IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT WAY! THEN YOU WILL FIND SEVERAL SPEED BUMPS USED TO CURB THE RAIN. Please drive slowly and carefully, however, as you may encounter other cars, motorcycles, bicycles, hikers, deer and other wildlife (remember that the maximum permissible speed according to the Highway Code and regulations is of 15 km/hour)
